Ingredientes
- Farmhouse poultry
- A bottle of Getariako Txakolina txakoli
- Half a kilo of pears
- 3 onions
- Olive oil, pepper and salt
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 200º. In a frying pan, poach the onions in oil, drain and let cool.
- Spread oil on the pork, add salt and pepper inside and out and fill it with the poached onions.
- Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 200º. Then lower the temperature to 160º and after 90 minutes it will be ready. During the roasting we water it with the txakoli.
- 15 minutes before finishing, add the peeled and sliced pears in quarters, so that they are cooked in the juice.
- Serve with the pears, the juice on top and, of course, a glass of Getariako Txakolina!
