Pork Cheeks with pumpkin sauce

Ingredientes

  • 700 grs pork cheeks
  • 100 grs peppers
  • 100 grs onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 600 grs pumpkin
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Chop and clean the onion and peppers.
  2. Put a little oil in the bottom of the pressure cooker and cook. Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic. Add it to the previous mixture when they are half cooked.
  3. Once ready, add the meat. Season with salt and pepper and fry everything together.
  4. Cut the pumpkin and add it to the meat.
  5. Add a glass of red wine, a little more salt and pepper, a bay leaf and cover with water.
  6. Close the pot and turn the heat to maximum power. When the steam comes out, lower the heat and leave for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the meat and blend the vegetables in a blender to obtain a purée. If you like it thick, remove some of the stock first.
