Albarín

Synonyms: blanco legítimo, branco lexítimo, blanco país, blanco verdín, raposo, tinta fina.

White grape with an early ripening, which has allowed it to develop in the northern area of Spain, especially in the provinces of Asturias, León, Galicia and Cantabria.

In terms of style, it can be found in aromatic, fresh, citric wines with floral and wild herbaceous notes. Its high acidity makes it an interesting variety for the elaboration of wines with ageing, however in Guía Peñín these wines have not yet reached our tasting table.
